$250 workflow assessment

  • A focused conversation about one recurring workflow.
  • A map of the current process and its handoffs.
  • A recommendation using your existing tools.
  • A written setup quote when there is a suitable fit.

Assessment delivery is limited to two hours of Fresh Sky work. If a simpler manual process or a built-in feature is enough, that is our recommendation.

Scope, price, timing and any applicable taxes are confirmed in writing before work is accepted. An inquiry is not a booking or a commitment to purchase.

When implementation fits

One workflow. An agreed handover.

A suitable one-workflow setup is $750 total, including credit for the $250 assessment. That leaves $500 for implementation.

The agreed setup covers named existing tools, documented rules, agreed test cases, one revision within scope and an operator handover. The assessment does not require you to buy implementation.

Additional workflows, custom application development, new integrations or further revisions require a separate scope. No recurring support charge is included or automatically started.

  3. Exceptions. Approved reminders or an exception list show what needs attention.
  4. Evidence. A named person accepts the required completion evidence.
